Port Jeff Station’s L.I. Pour House will be spreading the holiday spirit yet again for Thanksgiving.
After doing so last year, the Pour House is serving up a free Thanksgiving meal from noon to 3 p.m. that Thursday. According to the restaurant’s owner, Anthony Pallino, about 100 people showed up last year.
“[We serve] turkey, stuffing, and other assorted Thanksgiving treats in a buffet manner,” he told GreaterPortJeff.
The Pour House will also be playing the Thanksgiving Day Parade on its TVs.
“[It’s for] homeless people or for people who don’t want to be alone,” said Pallino.
LI Pour House is located at 650 Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station, in the shopping center next to the Terryville Fire Department.
