Theatre Three in Port Jefferson is getting set to host several performances of A Kooky Spooky Halloween throughout October.

The family friendly musical is about a ghost who’s afraid of the dark.

Here’s a quick synopsis:

The recently graduated spirit Abner Perkins is assigned to the Aberdeen Boarding House, known for its spectral sightings and terrific toast.

Here, Abner finds himself cast into a company of its wacky residents.

When his secret is revealed, he’s forced to leave his haunted home and set off on a quest with some new friends. Along the way, Abner and company learn the power of helping others.

A message of cooperation highlights “A Kooky Spooky Halloween.”
